Diabetes Prevention Program

If you are at risk for a Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis, this program can help. You can learn to make healthy food choices by tracking your meals and snacks and will build up to adding 150 minutes of physical activity per week.
Weekly meeting for four months, bi-weekly for two months, then monthly meetings the last six months of the program.
