Eat Smart, Move Move North Carolina

This is a 6 week program to help you commit to a healthier lifestyle.     Julie Sawyer with the NC Cooperative Extension Office will be leading the class at the Senior Resource Center.

Classes will be held on Wednesday’s from 11:30 – 12:30 p.m.          beginning May 4th.

There is no cost for this program.

If you’re at least 60 years old and are looking for to meet new friends, check out one of

Mountain Projects Congregate Meal Sites.

A small donation is all that is asked.

Center visitors also engage in activities such as: creative arts, exercise, guest speakers and bingo.
